Overstaying is strictly not tolerated. If you need more time, you must create a new booking. Failure to do so may result in an overstay report filed within 4 hours of the booking end time. The reported overstay start time must also fall within this 4-hour window. A fee of 3x the owner's hourly rate per hour overstayed may apply, and your account may face restrictions. See Terms and Conditions in Settings for more details.

Yes — payments are handled by PayMongo with bank-level encryption.
Payouts run every Friday at 1:00 PM PHT. To qualify, a booking must be: (1) Paid — payment successfully received from the driver; (2) Payout Availability — payments go through a standard processing and settlement period before they become available for payout, this typically takes 3–10 banking days from booking completion depending on the payment method used; and (3) Completed — for hourly bookings, the booking must have ended; for daily and monthly bookings, payment confirmation is sufficient — the booking does not need to end before payout is processed. In all cases, at least 12 hours must have passed since the booking's start date and time. There is no weekly cutoff — all qualifying bookings are included, no matter when they happened. Bookings that have not yet met the clearing requirement by Friday carry over automatically to the next payout.
GCash & Maya (InstaPay): Credited in real time once released. Payouts exceeding ₱50,000 are automatically split into multiple ₱50,000 InstaPay transactions.
Bank Transfer: InstaPay is used for payouts of ₱50,000 or less (real-time). For payouts above ₱50,000, PESONet is used instead — batches submitted at 1:00–1:30 PM PHT, credited by 5:00 PM PHT on the same banking day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
It covers payment processing, app operations, customer support, SMS verification, and server costs.
The booking is automatically cancelled after 2 hours. Your space becomes available again immediately.
eSpotly will process the refund to the driver and reach out to you directly to recover the amount owed to eSpotly.
You can file an overstay report through the app within 4 hours of the booking end time. The reported overstay start time must also fall within this window — reports with a start time outside the 4-hour window will not be accepted. Once completed, the driver is charged at 3x your hourly rate per hour overstayed. You receive 85% of the overstay fee — the 15% eSpotly commission applies. Overstay payouts follow the same Friday payout schedule. See Terms and Conditions in Settings for more details.
