Government-issued ID
Required for one-time identity verification before your first booking is accepted.
Safe and accessible space
The space must be safe, usable, and legally available for parking as described in your listing.
Philippine mobile number
Used for SMS OTP verification to secure your account.
Valid email address
Required for important account updates including payout confirmations and refund notifications.
Proof of ownership Optional · Faster approval
Not required, but submitting a document showing you own or have authority over the space (e.g. title, lease, HOA clearance) gets your listing approved faster.
